The property was clear cut and has been replanted in loblolly pines. The terrain varies from flat along the north to sloping elevation toward the south end. There is a small stream that flows through the property, and Maness Creek flows along the northern edge. A good main road runs through the property. There is dirt road frontage along Chilton County Road 305 on the west side of the tract. Power is run to the property just north of this land, but is not yet run to this parcel. The property has potential to be a good hunting tract, a getaway, or some land could be cleared to make a nice rural home site.
